Junior Overseas Technical Support Engineer

1. Collaborate with regional sales teams to provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to overseas customers' technical personnel for building intercom/smart home products.
2. Coordinate with regional sales for technical support during overseas exhibitions and customer visits.
3. Analyze segmented market products, supporting product managers in planning and optimizing products.

Mid/Senior Level:

1. Work with regional sales and project managers to clarify requirements for custom projects, drive project development to completion as per plans, and contribute to sales.
2. Interface with R&D and product managers, stay abreast of technical trends, and drive product planning and evolution.

1. Preferably in electronics/communication.

2. English proficiency at Level 6, with good oral communication skills.
3. Enthusiastic about products and technology, with a quick learning ability.
4. Hardworking and a team player.
5. Located in China with the possibility of short to medium-term overseas travel.
